We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Submit a return request via email at support@satvikratna.com or WhatsApp us.
Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product.
Once approved, shipping instructions will be shared.
Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
We offer one-time exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges allowed for products of equal or higher value.
If the new item costs more, the balance must be paid by the customer.
Orders under ₹15,000 may include a ₹500 shipping fee for exchanges.

Ship the item back once approved.
Let us know which product you’d like in exchange, and we will create a new order for you.
A 5% restocking fee may apply on 14K gold items, and 10% for platinum, when the exchange item is lower in value than the original.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
If your order is in production, a 5–7% processing fee will apply.
Special orders carry a 20% cancellation fee once work has started.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
We offer a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty on all Satvikratna jewelry, giving you peace of mind.
Manufacturing Defects: We will inspect and, if valid, repair your item free of charge.
Loose Stones: Paid service for tightening loose center or side stones caused by wear.
Rhodium Plating: Precious metals may require rhodium plating every 3–5 years. We offer complimentary plating once per year. (Shipping and rhodium costs apply.)
